Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger-Lahr VRDM 3910/50LWB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Broad-Ocean products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bernecker--Rainer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Berger-Lahr product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Broad-Ocean such as the BP10136SEM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCA12A0 manufactured by Bernecker--Rainer and we are pleased to be able to service most Bernecker--Rainer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature No389310No373079223880001 by Manufacturer Berger-Lahr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Block Brand HFD21050030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Black-Box such as NT955 equipment made by Black-Box have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Black-Box products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Black-Box" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BIPOS34 made by Binar as well as the popular VRDM39750LHAOO original spares produced by Berger-Lahr

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCPEA61 by Bernecker--Rainer and NT955 spares by Black-Box are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 530BRC36M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dart-Controls.
